Using Cotton Buds in your ears can lead to the following issues:

Deep Wax Impactation – While the Cotton Bud may pick up some surface level wax, it will eventually push wax much deeper into the Ear Canal blocking your ear and causing pain, discomfort and decreased hearing.

Skin Breakages – Even though the Cotton Bud has a soft cotton tip, the lining of the Ear Canal is covered in very fragile skin which can break and lead to an infection.

Dry Skin – Cotton is very absorbent which will rob your Ear Canal of its natural oils which are needed to lubricate and moisturise the skin of the Ear Canal, leading to Dry, Itchy, Irritated Skin conditions of the Ear Canal.
