  • We are committed to making private ear health services as affordable as possible for our patients and campaign at a national level to see the inequality in accessing these services addressed.
  • We provide Specialist Nursing skills to Assess, Diagnose and provide Treatment for your Ear Condition via Evidence Based Practice which is guided by the NICE Guidelines (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) and is in keeping with the latest research which we contribute to as industry experts.

Founder, National Trainer & Lead Nurse Rabab Flack

Rabab Flack is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience having graduated in 2001 from Queens University Belfast – School of Nursing & Midwifery and is regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Rabab also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Primary Ear Care which qualifies her to diagnose and treat a wide range of primary ear conditions such as Ear Infections, Middle Ear disorders and Ear-related skin conditions. Rabab has a special interest in the link between Perimenopause/Menopause and Womens’ Ear Health.

Rabab is the only Licensed and Certified National Trainer for the NHS Rotherham Foundation Ear Care Centre and Audiology Service for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and offers a range of certified Ear Care courses for Health Care Professionals including Microsuction and Water Irrigation with Instrumentation Ear Wax Removal Courses which provide robust anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology knowledge and training – find out more about the Ear Care Training Academy at Causeway Clear Ears here.

Professional Clinical Mentorship and Business Support Packages are also available upon request.

Rabab has practiced as a Registered Nurse across a variety of specialities including Community & Primary Care. She has worked at a Senior level in Management and Nursing Leadership in previous roles within the local Health Trust and has amassed a wealth of skill, knowledge and understanding on all aspects of providing high standards of safe nursing care.

Rabab specialises in providing care for Children (age 4 and above) Adults and Children and Adults with Additional Needs. Rabab has passion to see all patients cared for holistically, as individuals, providing high quality patient centred care.

Rabab is a multi-award winner and has received awards in recognition of her skills in Nursing and Business and is invited regularly to speak at events across the education, community and business sectors of her community.
